We suspend this phpNuke site, since it breakdown for 5 hours unexpectedly today.
After complain to lunarpages.com, we got massage said that:

We had to suspend the account, since it was one of the three accounts causing issues with the server and we had to temporarily suspend the account to take the server under control. Please note that though we have unsuspended the account, your usage is very high for a shared server. It seems that a few modules of phpnuke is taking much load. We are not able to say them. But in the last 6 hours of 22nd Novemnber, your usage is as below, adans3 adanstar.com 3.07 1.94 0.2 Top Process %CPU 36.0 /usr/local/php5/bin/php-cgi /home/adans3/public_html/phpnuke/modules.php Top Process %CPU 34.0 [php-cgi] Top Process %CPU 28.0 [php-cgi] We will be moving your account to a temporary server and will update you once it is done. This means, your account won't be needed to suspend unless the temporary server goes down because of your high resource usage. It also means you have two weeks to work on your website, to bring it back to normal acceptable usage so that we move you back to the kokab, which is the original production server. The work you may require to do is, upgrading phpNuke and its modules to the latest version. Removing the unwanted modules from phpNuke, enabling cache for your website and so on.
